  • listen without watching the video and you will feel it.
  • No one can play at that level without emotion period! It maybe that her emotion through the interpretation might not be the same as your emotion feeling how the piece should sound.
  • That's entirely wrong; emotion COMPLETELY go into playing. That's what makes the song what it is!
  • This has nothing to do with emotionality, although I do agree, I dont really think emotionality goes into playing classical music only writing it.
  • wat
  • easily; timbre has absolutely nothing to do with emotion first off. secondly the dynamics are chiseled. Listen to prelude in dm or many other pieces by Segovia, his playing can make you feel heart break or joy, with this all you think is "oh she's an accomplished guitarist" I'm not watching this just to see accomplished guitarists, I'm watching to feel the music, and I felt nothing in her performance.
  • how the fuck can you say this has no emotion! listen to the dynamics and timbre, you can't play like that without first feeling it! absolutely amazing execution !! A true virtuoso
  • You can't play this. You're lying about your guitar. Anyone playing at this level would have already had a guitar that was suitable for this type of music. Don't blame it on the equipment you cocksucker. Get that guitar and use it for firewood and then jump into the flames and die ok?
  • I cannot play this shit but I think it is because the strings on my classical guitar are about 2 inches off the neck and you need hands like the hulk just to play an F chord without the strings rattling.
  • Simply amazing! :D
  • has the same emotional capacity as a scalpel. It may be played perfectly but there's no heart in it. Virtuosity is more than playing notes quickly, it's about channeling your emotions in musical form, the same as you would do with poetry.
  • XD I know how you feel buddy *pats*
  • yeah I guess you're right. I can't play this shit...
  • ;\ she was like 12 or 13 back then. It sure is impressive to play like that at that age.
  • The Steve Vai one was Caprice no 5
  • CON CHUDA
  • Li Jie
  • i'm speechless! what is her name?
  • she's not that great
  • how good is this! I can play most of it but nowhere near this fast! Its hard enough jusr remembering everything! Respect!
  • Absolutely wonderful!!
  • She is not unknown. She is the great Li jie.
  • amazing,very impossible haah 6 stars
  • As far as i know this is supposed to be one of the hardest songs to play. The harmonics at 1:23 blew me away. It's also the inspiration Steve Via used for the song in the "Crossroads" guitar battle scene that Ralph Machio pretended to play at the end.
  • hmm I don use tabs but yea probabaly that's what it is
