  • IMHO, The Jeff Healey Band did this song even better and (pardon the pun)"BIGGER than" The Beatles themselves. Jeff's sublime guitar skills and his great vocals are light years ahead of any other cover version and the original. For someone who is both blind and (excuse the term & I'm not being racist) white...he has a lot of angst, pain and soul in the way he plays and sings. A Blues Legend. Very, very haunting....all the more since Jeff passed on into the next life. R.I.P. Jeff Healey.

  • He died in March of this year, of cancer. It amazes me how he was adopted when he was young, had to have his eyes removed and then replaced with artificial ones, and then got cancer again and died when he was 41 - yet he let none of this get in the way of him doing wanted he wanted to do! RIP Jeff, an inspiration to all!
