Famous Riffs played by Steve Morse User Reviews

  • niesamowite!
  • Best live ever...
  • it's an industry "secret" but when he was 12 years old he had his hands removed and..... "grown" ....with genetically modified "Giant Sweetcorn"...and then replaced ......
  • Sexy.
  • Looks like Ritchie Blackmore has been bettered.
  • and you know what, there are about a thousand guitarist that would give you a smack in the face for saying such foolish crap you came up with.
  • you have no idea what your talking about, they maybe able to play as fast or faster but not versatile and smooth, unless you actually have a musical background i suggest you shut it kid.
  • cat scratch fever
  • Sabine, you are so wrong. Purple is, and always has been, a group of great musicians. The best in their field. They are definately not out of Morse's League. I mean: Paul McCartney can ask any drummer in the world to make records with him and he asks Ian? No, Purple is definately not out of Morse's League. And he will agree!
  • 8 or 10 people in the world play guitar as well as Steve Morse does.... What I can't understand is how Deep Purple managed to talk him into joining the band, I love Deep Purple mind you.... but they are a bit out of Morse's League
  • its the easiest thing in the world to shoot down a replacement player in a legendary band, and compare them to the orignial player, but only a buffon would say anything against Steve Morse.
  • what a great imitator this man is! dead on jimmy page. dead on eric clapton! i love Major Impacts. a wonderful way to pay respect to the people you love, no one could have done a better job. his articles and opinions are great too, on his site.
  • Hey, what songs is he playing by the fourth riff until he gets to Smoke on the Water?
  • dvd total abandon australia 1998??
  • awesome up man, I love this guy. That's the same shit I do in my house this is just on a bigger better level, god that would be so much fun.
  • hey bud not sure if you know who vince gill is.. but he's one of the best country guitarists is know.. my favourite..
  • he deserves more fame that what he gets. anybody know a good steve morse album with some country guitar in it? i never really liked country music but i heard him doing some country guitar stuff and i liked it so if anyone knows of any good albums of his with country guitar in it let me know!
  • What DVD is this from?
  • OMG STEVE RULEZ!?!?!?!
  • Must have been an amazing concert.
  • Jack Ruby is from Abandon and Steve writes the Deep Purple music.
  • The real Maestro of DP is mr. Morse! By the way... mr. Gillan still can NOT play the conga. Some lessons will help dude!
  • "I Don't know :p (2:18)" I think House of the rising sun by the Animals
  • Me too, really funky
  • true, his solos aren't as spectacular as in his solo work, but, DP isn't his band...he plays what is asked of him, more than likely. he does, however, have a few killer solos with DP..check out Jack Ruby off the album Perpendicular...pretty sick, if i may say so..
